Funding and Fees

15 Hours Universal Funding

All children are eligible for 15 hours of funded early education from the term after their 3rd birthday.

The funding starts from:
1st April – if your child’s 3rd birthday falls between 1st January and 31st March

1st September – if your child’s 3rd birthday falls between 1st April and 31st August

1st January – if your child’s 3rd birthday falls between 1st September and 31st December

For information on the support you may be able to receive, please visit the Best Start In Life Government website.

Working Parent Funding

Working parent funding must be applied for by parents/carers. Parents are responsible for ensuring their eligibility remains up to date and for reconfirming their funding code every 3 months.

Parents must provide the preschool with their 11-digit funding code by the following deadlines:

31st August – for the Autumn term
31st December – for the Spring term
31st March – for the Summer term

It is the parent/carer’s responsibility to provide the correct code by the relevant deadline. If we do not receive the code by the required date, we will be unable to claim the funding for that term, and parents/carers will be responsible for paying the fees.
