Clubs and Classes

We offer a range of additional learning opportunities from outside organisations to broaden the children’s curriculum. On Monday it’s Yoga and Lingotots (Spanish); Tuesday – Dough Disco, Wednesday – Phonics; Thursday – Yoga and Friday Sports4Tots. Every day is Rising 5s. These are run at a cost to the pre-school therefore we ask for a voluntary contribution.

Highly interactive and educational weekly sessions for pre-schoolers – you will be amazed at how quickly the children pick up the new language!

Yoga

Yoga

Yoga helps children experiment with breath, stillness and self-regulation while the physical poses assist in building gross and fine motor skills, coordination, balance and strength.

Dough Disco
Dough Disco

Dough disco involves moulding play dough in time to music and performing different actions such as rolling it into a ball, flattening it, rolling it into a sausage and squeezing it!

Rising Fives

We work closely with the children and their parents/carers, to ensure that children feel confident when moving from the early years to reception.

Early Talk Boost

Early Talk Boost

Early Talk Boost is a speech and language intervention for 3–4 year olds. It enhances children’s self-confidence, attention and listening skills meaning children are more able to follow instructions – all necessary skills that will support transition and school readiness. The children participate in small group activities as well as sharing a weekly story book about “Tizzy” (which parents are also encouraged to share at home). As a result the children enhance their language, listening and attention skills.

Focuses on the physical development of your child through dance, in combination with the use of imaginative storytelling. It is more than just dancing – it also gives children the chance to learn valuable skills by responding positively to both the teacher and the other children in the class.
